Diwakar Mitr is a corporate finance specialist with experience in entrepreneurship, investment banking and M&A advisory. He had previously co-founded tech startups in e-commerce enablement, q-commerce logistics and proximity marketing. Prior to that he worked as an investment banker at BDA Partners where he advised clients on cross-border M&A, JVs, divestitures, and strategic alliances. Diwakar received Artium Baccalaureus (BA) in Economics and Minor in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

He primarily provides support in preparing, reviewing, and finalising business plans, strategies, and pitch decks for companies/businesses. With an experience in investment banking, Diwakar helps in identifying relevant investors and investment funds and pursuantly assists in connecting such investors and investment funds with the clients of Radically Yours.
