Neha Grover is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Regional Lead of IFC’s South Asia Funds group. In her role, Neha plays a pivotal role in identifying and investing in private equity funds, managing the existing portfolio, and generating co-investment opportunities.

Neha brings a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries, including Consumer, Healthcare, Financial services, Manufacturing, and Education sectors. Prior to her current role at IFC, she spent over 12 years at Baring India, contributing significantly to two complete fund cycles.

Neha spearheaded efforts to reduce the gross-net IRR spread of funds through strategic tweaks to the traditional private equity business model. Her expertise extended to complex structured deals, strategic decision-making, and risk management in collaboration with large financial institutions.

PAULA MARIWALA

Paula Mariwala  is a physicist by training, but she dons many hats: technologist, businesswoman, investor, mentor and philanthropist. Her previous investments have been in the areas of technology, sustainability, social impact, women empowerment and education. A Stanford alumna, she was actively involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India at a time when entrepreneurship was a path not pursued by many.

With an experience of over 25 years, Paula strongly believes in mentoring and working hand-in-hand with the founding teams to create a win-win proposition. She has led investments in several early-stage companies and has a portfolio of more than 35 companies with experience of exits in companies such as Tapchief, Tread, Browntape, Thinklabs, RedBus, Carwale, etc. She is well-versed with the entire VC cycle of sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, closing deals as well as working with portfolio companies over their entire life cycle of scaling, fund raising and managing exits.

Neha Motwani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fitternity, a one-stop destination for fitness and wellness. Fitternity was founded in early 2014 as an extension of Neha’s personal fitness journey. She, along with her Co-Founder, Jayam Vora, have been featured in the Entrepreneur India’s 35 under 35 list. She was awarded the ‘The Woman Founder Of The Year’ award. She was also a part of the delegation of Women Entrepreneurs representing India at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017, held in Hyderabad and hosted by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. 

Fitternity has won the Prestigious Brands Award for the Rising category. Neha is also an angel investor. Prior to Fitternity, Neha has worked with Aon Hewitt in the talent and organisation consulting space and has over 5 years of experience across HR and risk consulting. Neha earned her Bachelor of Management Studies from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (Mumbai) and her MMS from Welingkar Institute of Management (Mumbai).

JYOTSNA PATTABIRAMAN

Jyotsna is a mission-driven leader nurturing and building transformative companies for new markets. Having led companies and divisions globally from early on in her career, Jyotsna crafts winning products and go-to-market strategies for early- and growth-stage companies, resulting in acquisitions and exits. She is a frequent speaker at startup events and has been featured in multiple publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the World Economic Forum and others. Her strengths include product and market strategy, governance, deal structuring, raising capital and more.

She holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. She is the co-president of the Stanford India Alumni Association and an advisory board member of Stanford Seed, Stanford’s program for catalysing entrepreneurship in emerging markets.

Radhika is the Founder of Radically Yours, a US registered new age knowledge sharing platform for new businesses and investment funds. She is involved in policy advocacy measures and engages in bridging the gap between investors and investee companies globally. With her global network of HNIs, family offices, venture capitalists and investment funds, she closely studies the evolution of tech driven or enabled businesses and facilitates their reach to global institutional capital.

She is one of the top 20 Linkedin influencers in the country (with more than 165,000 followers). She writes on innovative business ideas that are being adopted across the globe. Radhika was recognised as one of the top 25 most influential women leaders of Mumbai in 2021 by World Women Leadership Congress, and is extensively involved in speaking at various public forums. She has also been invited for workshops at prestigious institutions like IIM Calcutta. Being a TEDx speaker at the age of 21, she still thinks it is just the beginning of a beginning.
