Hardik Maheshwari is a Fundraising Advisor at Radically Yours with experience across investment banking, cross-border M&A and fundraising advisory. Before joining Radically Yours, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Mindspring Advisors, where he worked on a cross-border buy-side acquisition for a UK technology company, mapping over 320 targets in the US, and a sell-side divestiture for an Indian auto components business. He has prepared information memoranda, valuations and investment memos on transactions valued between $3M and $50M.

At Radically Yours, he assesses mandates for fundability, builds financial models and investor materials, and leads investor targeting and outreach across India and international markets. He works with private equity, infrastructure and private credit funds, development finance institutions, venture capital firms and family offices, and runs each process from first outreach through diligence to close.
