Naiyya Saggi is the Co-Founder & Board Member at the Good Glamm Group, India's fastest growing and largest content-to-commerce D2C house of brands. She is also the Founder of BabyChakra, India's most trusted parenting platform. BabyChakra has consistently been recognized as one of the top pregnancy and parenting technology products by global tech powerhouses such as Google, Facebook, and Microsoft, as well as by international tech and health publications like Healthline and Inc.

In 2021, BabyChakra merged with MyGlamm, and Naiyya joined MyGlamm as a Co-founder, President, and Board Member. With a valuation of over $1.2 billion, MyGlamm boasts a portfolio of over 800 products across makeup, skincare, and personal care.

Upasana Taku is the Co-Founder, and COO at MobiKwik. With over 17 years of experience in product development, payments, and financial services, she excelled at PayPal and even gained insights as part of the product team at HSBC.

Her dedication and hard work have garnered recognition and accolades, including being honored as the first female fintech founder by the President of India and being named as one of Forbes Asia's 25 Power Businesswomen. As the driving force behind MobiKwik, Upasana continues to lead the company towards its goal of revolutionizing digital payments in India and beyond.

Manisha Girotra is the Chief Executive Officer of Moelis India. Previously, she was CEO and Country Head of UBS in India managing its investment bank, commercial bank, markets, equity research and wealth management divisions. She was also Head – North India of Barclays Bank. Manisha began her investment banking career in the corporate bank at ANZ Grindlays. She was honored as a Young Global Leader in 2010 by the World Economic Forum and was named one of the “15 Women to Watch in Asia” by Forbes in 2008 and one of the “50 Women to Watch” in the annual Wall Street Journal survey in 2007.

She has appeared in Business Today's “25 Most Powerful Women in Business in India” for the past five years as well as Fortune India's “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” in 2014.

Radhika Ghai was India's first woman unicorn founder. She is an accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur, known for her role as the Founder and CEO of Kindlife, a digital health and wellness platform that connects consumers with a variety of healthcare professionals. Prior to founding Kindlife, Ghai co-founded ShopClues, one of India's first e-commerce marketplaces, where she served as Chief Business Officer.

Under her leadership, ShopClues grew into one of the top e-commerce platforms in India, earning recognition for its innovative business model and customer-focused approach. She is a well-respected figure in the Indian startup community, and has been recognized for her contributions to the industry with numerous awards and honors.

Devita Saraf is the richest self-made woman in India under 40 according to a report in 2020. She is the founder and chairperson of Vu Televisions, one of the fastest-growing and most innovative TV brands in India. Under her leadership, Vu Televisions has become a leading brand worth Rs 1000 crores in terms of revenue.

Devita has been recognized for her contributions to the industry, and her achievements have been celebrated by several prestigious awards such as Forbes who recognised her as 'India's model CEO'.

Dr. Geetha Manjunath is the Founder, CEO and CTO at Niramai Health Analytix where she has led the development of an innovative artificial-intelligence-based test for detecting early-stage breast cancer in a non-invasive and radiation-free manner. She is an accomplished computer scientist with extensive experience in IT innovation and AI projects at Xerox Research and Hewlett Packard Labs.

Geetha has received funding for her business from prestigious government institutional funds like the British International Investment. She was on the Forbes List of Top 20 Self-Made Women in 2020 and has even authored a book on "Moving to the Cloud". She is an inventor of 20 US patents with more pending grants.

Lakshmi Naga Potluri is the Head of Asia Business Development at B Capital. She is an experienced professional specializing in expanding digital businesses and e-commerce companies. She co-founded Jabong in the past and also served as the Country Head of Shopify. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, she has mentored over 150 startups and made personal investments in more than 8 startups.

She was also the CEO of DCF Ventures, a corporate venture capital and innovation services provider. She has a strong entrepreneurial background and possesses extensive knowledge of startup ecosystems. Through her roles as an angel investor and successful entrepreneur, she has gained valuable experience and developed a deep understanding of biases, enabling her to overcome them.

Payaswini is a highly accomplished professional who holds the position of leading the Law & Policy vertical at BQ Prime, one of India's prominent and trustworthy financial news platforms.

In her role, she oversees a dedicated team that covers a wide range of crucial economic legislations, including company law, insolvency code, securities law, competition law, arbitration, tax, audit, FDI policy, and more. Her expertise and dedication to providing insightful information make her an invaluable asset to the journalism community.
